Order Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.

Returns

All returns must be approved in advance. Please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number or original invoice may only be credited at the lowest published price.

Restocking Fee

Unwanted or canceled merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping.

What Can't Be Returned

Items that have been altered, decorated (printed, embroidered, etc.), or discontinued cannot be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before any decoration or alteration is done to the garments so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Samples

Standard, unaltered samples may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping. Grommeted samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be processed and applied.
